Business and Commercial Litigation – We represent clients in matters involving business contract disputes, fraud, misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference with business relations and contracts, labor and employment disputes, unfair competition and deceptive trade practices, non-compete and employment agreements, business or "white collar" torts, and other business related matters.

Business Law – We handle business related disputes regarding leases, business transactions, debt collection, non-compete agreements, employment issues, and consumer disputes.

Employment Law – We handle claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliatory discharge, wrongful termination, sexual harassment and discrimination, age discrimination or race discrimination, disability discrimination under the federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), FMLA, Equal Pay Act, Pregnancy Discrimination Act, non-compete agreements, and employment contracts. We also provide employers with independent investigation and report preparation and recommendations for handling human resources issues.

Professional Negligence – We assist clients with professional liability claims against professionals from a broad range of professions and industries, and seek compensation for both personal injuries and economic losses due to a professional's negligence or fraud.
